Order Process and Availability

All orders placed on the FROSTBUDDY website require our final confirmation before processing. We reserve the right to decline, restrict, void, or postpone any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Stock availability issues
Delays in payment verification
Fraud prevention

Order processing generally takes between 1-3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery occurs within 7 to 12 business days. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the selected shipping option.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your return request no later than 14 calendar days after your delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, returns must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
Items must be returned in their original packaging

Once we receive and verify the returned items, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used to place the order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours following the purchase. After this period, order fulfillment may already be underway, making cancellation unavailable.
